Last Updated: 2/17/2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Apps Suite ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps" or "Services"). This policy applies to all applications developed and published under Apps Suite.

By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Our Apps are designed with privacy in mind and operate primarily using local storage on your device. Depending on the specific App, we may collect:

  • Account Information: If you create an account (using Firebase Authentication), we may collect your email address, username, and authentication credentials.
  • User-Generated Content: Any data, text, images, or other content you create, upload, or store within the Apps.
  • Communication Data: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your messages.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Apps, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: App features used, time spent in the App, crash logs, and performance data.
  • Advertising ID: A resettable advertising identifier provided by your device's operating system (used by AdMob).

2.3 Information from Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (see Section 4)
  • Google Firebase: For authentication, cloud storage (Firestore), and app analytics
  • Capacitor Plugins: For accessing device features (storage, camera, etc.)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To operate, maintain, and provide the features of our Apps
  • Personalization: To personalize your experience and save your preferences locally on your device
  • Communication: To respond to your inquiries, support requests, and send important notices
  • Analytics: To understand how users interact with our Apps and improve functionality
  • Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security vulnerabilities
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes
  • Advertising: To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

4.1 Google AdMob

Our Apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your device and usage patterns to provide personalized advertising.

Information Collected by AdMob: Advertising ID, device type, IP address, app usage data, and ad interaction data.

Ad Personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

For more information, visit Google's Advertising Policies.

Note: Our Apps are designed to function fully without ads if AdMob credentials are not configured. The Apps remain fully operational without advertising services.

4.2 Google Firebase

Some of our Apps use Google Firebase services for authentication, cloud storage (Firestore), and analytics. Firebase may collect and process:

  • Authentication data (email, user ID)
  • App usage statistics and crash reports
  • User-generated content stored in Firestore (only when cloud sync is enabled)

Firebase's privacy practices are described in Firebase Privacy and Security.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Local Storage

Our Apps are designed with a "mobile-first" approach, and most data is stored locally on your device using:

  • Device local storage (localStorage, IndexedDB)
  • Capacitor Storage plugins for secure device storage
  • Native device storage APIs

Data stored locally remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud synchronization features.

5.2 Cloud Storage

For Apps that offer cloud synchronization, we use Google Firebase Firestore. Data transmitted to and stored in Firestore is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

5.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure authentication mechanisms
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Access controls and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Firebase) who perform services on our behalf
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or legal process
  • Safety and Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Apps Suite, our users, or the public
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (users will be notified)
  • With Your Consent: With your explicit consent for any other purpose
